Senior Florist

Our company is seeking an experienced, energetic and reliable individual as a contemporary trained Senior Florist who has both retail and event floristry experience.

The role requires:

- Ability to create or learn to create our signature style floral arrangements.
- A flair for wild, organic floral design.
- Be an advocate of sustainable floristry methods.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Be able to effectively manage operational aspects of the retail business.
- Maintain a clean and tidy workspace.
- Carry out simple administrative duties (ordering etc).
- Provide advice to junior employees on completing their tasks effectively.
- Demonstrate flexible working attitudes and a commitment to developing this fast changing business.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: £12.00-£15.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Edinburgh, EH10 5QQ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Florist: 2 years (required)
