**Key Responsibilities**:

- Working closely with the database to ensure everything is logged.
- Dealing with customer issues and complaints.
- Carrying out courtesy calls to build and maintain customer relations.
- Informing customers of delays on products.
- Arranging for any additional stock to be sent out at a customer’s request.
- Input all new contracts into the database.
- Liaise with the finance team to check invoices for accuracy.
- To create and maintain strong working relationships with existing customers enabling customer retention and referrals.
- Forthcoming with creative ideas
- Helping clients minimise problems and issues.
