**Warehouse Operative (AM) - Bedford Depot**

**AM Shift**:

- 6am - 2pm**40 hours per week on a 5 out of 7 day rota (including weekends)**

**AM Shift 7-5**40 hours per week on a 4 out of 7 day rota (including weekends)**

**Tempe**rature-controlled (4°C) environment**

**90% performance £12.69 per hour**

**100% performance £14.10 per hour**

**110% performance £15.51 per hour**

**120% performance £16.92 per hour**

We are currently seeking motivated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Warehouse Operatives at our Bedford Depot. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring the accurate and efficient assembly of customer orders.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately assemble customer orders
- Pick and load goods onto cages safely
- Input weighted items correctly
- Follow stock rotation procedures
- Perform various warehouse duties with precision and efficiency
- Properly mark and store assembled orders for dispatch

**Some Key Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Qualifications Required**

- Numerate and literate
- Warehousing and distribution experience
- Ability to work efficiently in a cold environment

- Ability to work in a freezer environment, earning an extra **£1.18ph premium**.
- FLT (Reach/VNA) licence, earning an extra **£0.60ph premium**.
