**The Role**

Due to the continued growth of our organisation, we are looking for experienced care assistants, support workers and community carers to provide support to a 3 year old child who has a genetic chromosomal disorder. You will be required to support with seizure management, PEG/JEJ, Oxygen management, Ventilation and personal care (full training will be provided).

**You’ll need**
- A minimum of 3 months hands on experience in care.
- You must be able to commit to a minimum of two shifts per week.
