Sexual Health London is looking for an enthusiastic and committed Recall Adviser to join our team in Chelsea.
You will be responsible for supporting London residents with their sexual health needs via a digital platform and telephony line.
The role involves both home and on-site working and hours can be flexible but days are set at Monday - Friday.

Sexual Health London (SHL.UK) is London’s only sexual health e-service, launched in 2018, that provides free and easy access to sexual health testing and contraception via the internet and local venues.
The service is available to people aged 16 and over who are residents in most Boroughs of London.
The service provides emergency and routine contraception and testing for a range of sexually transmitted infections (chlamydia, gonorrhoea, HIV, syphilis, hepatitis B and hepatitis C) via self-sampling at home and to date, over two million Londoners have used SHL.

We continually invest in our facilities, including a £30m expansion of critical care at Chelsea and Westminster and an £80m Ambulatory Diagnostic Centre at West Middlesex.
Some roles may require weekend shifts at multiple sites.
- To recall, in conjunction with the Health Adviser team, patients with untreated infections or those in need of follow up, by text, telephone, letter/recorded letter according to the recall policy and to clearly document all actions taken.
- To initiate and complete Partner Notification on all patients spoken to re untreated infections and document clearly on the clinical system.
- Exchange relevant information about patients and contacts with other GUM services where necessary.
- To manage the e-services work-lists, ensuring that all patients needing treatment or follow up are dealt with according to the Health Adviser guidelines.
- Manage the online clinical system ensuring patients get their results within the appropriate timeframes.
- Deal with routine enquiries from both the general public and health professionals about sexually transmitted infections including HIV, referring onto the Health Adviser team where necessary and appropriate.
- To accurately use the online clinical system to document all positive results/patient based activity clearly and concisely.
- To make/check appointments as necessary for patients in conjunction with the Health Adviser team.
- To assist the Health Adviser team in regular audit activity around key performance indicators including Partner Notification.
