**The Role**

**Dual Site role: Eastleigh & Fareham Holiday Inn**

As a dual site ‘**Membership Sales Advisor**’ you’ll be on the front line, delivering on our mission

You’ll be a passionate and proactive Membership Sales Advisor with the ability to grow and enhance the membership of our Leisure Clubs and Spas at both Holiday Inn Eastleigh and Fareham. You will support the your Leisure Club teams in order to exceed your commercial goals. You’ll will act as a brand/hotel ambassador, promoting the hotel & spa and its values to existing and potential clients.

You will nurture and develop opportunities in order to drive revenue from the local area and regional markets implementing strategies to enhance our business performance. You will utilise sales and marketing tactics effectively to drive demand during need periods.

- Sound commercial judgment
- Yield management, forecasting
- Working closely with all hotel, central sales and marketing department
- Available to work when the team and customer needs you most
