- £13.80 per hour PLUS £3 enhancement* for overtime

**As a Unit Lead at our home, your role may involve**:
- Undertaking any necessary training
- Providing hands on care and support to our residents
- Maintaining high standards within the care home environment
- Senior-level duties to support the Home Manager, including: completing risk assessments, staff supervisions, appraisals, record-keeping, medication administration, person-centred care planning, audits, liaising with outside professionals, etc.

**What are we looking for?**
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Senior / Unit Lead in a residential or nursing home setting

- Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)

- Confident in record-keeping and the use of various technologies

- Prior experience with writing care plans and carrying out risk assessments
