We are currently recruiting for a **Product Development and Support Engineer** to work for one of the UK's largest technology providers to the hospitality industry.

**The Role**:

- **New Product Development**. The management of the process to source new hardware products into the Zonal product suite.
- **Product Lifecycle.**The management of the product lifecycle of hardware from new product introduction process; ensuring its compatibility with products; through its lifecycle and including the management of end of life.
- **Approvals**. To manage the process of receiving approvals for the use of hardware products, ensuring CE mark awards for all hardware sold.
- **Hardware support**. To provide expertise and guidance and support to the Product teams, Help Centre and Engineering teams on hardware and software compatibility

**Skills and Experience**:

- An Electronic Engineering qualification and experience
- Experience in documenting requirements and specifications
- Experience of managing product lifecycles and securing necessary approvals and accreditations
- An understanding of hardware security requirements
- Experience managing complex relationships both internal and external to company

**Working Hours**:
Monday - Friday (office and home working)
**Package**:
Up to £50,000 (DOE) + 25 days holiday + bank holidays + benefits
