Trainee Welder/fabricator

We currently have a vacancy for Trainee Welders/Fabricators to be based in our Swatragh factory.

We are offering competitive rates of pay and excellent exposure to a highly-skilled manufacturing process. We also offer an enhanced employers pension contribution of 4% combined with full P.P.E. and tool kit (Boiler Suit, Boots & Air-Fed Helmets) as part of the position.

**About The Role**

**The trainee welder/fabricator role within Crossland Tankers includes the following responsibilities;**
- Participate in on-the-job training provided by line manager/ team leader/ team members.
- Adhere to information, instruction, training and supervision provided to gain the knowledge, skills and expertise required for the job role and ensure your health, safety and welfare at all times.
- Work independently (under supervision) and as part of a team as and when required.
- Ensure all work is completed on time and effectively whilst adhering to scheduled times to maintain efficiency.
- Keep work areas clean and tidy, organised and safe from hazards.
- Other reasonable responsibilities as required by management.
- Any other duties including but not limited to Health, Safety, Quality & Environmental matters as required.
