Warehouse & Facilities Operative

Are you experienced in managing a small warehouse and ensuring stock is managed effectively and taking responsibility for Health & Safety within the Warehouse?

You'll likely come from a role where you had sole responsibility for the day to day goods in, goods out, computerised stock management, fork lift, processing orders, liaising with colleagues.
- Duties:
Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities
Oversee stock management, including receiving, storing, and issuing materials
Lead loading and unloading operations
Perform picking, packing, and materials handling tasks
Conduct quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments
- Manage shipping and receiving processes
- Handle incoming calls from supplier, colleagues and customers
- Order stationery and cover front desk meet and greet as required
- Assist colleagues in putting sample products together and despatching to customers

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in a warehouse environment
- Proficiency in warehouse operations, stock management, and logistics
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems
- Valid forklift certification is preferred but not essential
- Strong knowledge of quality control procedures
- Ability to handle physical demands of the job including lifting heavy items

This position offers a competitive salary based on experience level.

Pay: £24,922.18-£26,034.47 per year
