Pharmakia is currently seeking compassionate individuals to join as Support Worker in Redhill. This role involves providing care and enriching the lives of residents in a care home setting, you will work to enrich the lives of disabled people.

Our client is a highly compassionate registered charity involved with offering support to disabled residents in Redhill, where you'll play a crucial role in enhancing the daily lives of individuals in the care home. By assisting in managing their behaviours and engaging in various activities, you'll contribute to creating a fulfilling environment.

The service in Redhill is dedicated to becoming an extraordinary place for those our client is supporting, and we're looking for exceptional carers like you to join us. In this role, you'll be actively involved in daytime activities, addressing the diverse care needs of the individuals throughout your shift.

Shift times are flexible, with Early shifts from 7.00am to 10pm, the hours are flexible and shifts are coordinated through the management team covering Monday to Sunday. Contract options include 37.5 hours per week.
