IT Finance Business Analyst - Hybrid (London) - 6-month FTC - £120k pro-rata
The primary role for this position is to understand and provide business analyst deliverables for my clients' finance department, as part of a 2-year project to bring in a new Practice Management System (PMS). You'll be assisting the finance department to beready for the RfP phase and creation of processes and control.
This is a key role within one of the leading professional service businesses in the UK. The Practice Management System is the lifeblood of the organisation and implementing a new one will have a lasting impact on the business moving forward helping them tomodernise their working practises. They are offering up to £120k pro-rata for an initial 6-month period with potential extensions.
You will be:

- Documenting requirements for the new PMS
- Map the As-Is and To-Be business processes to support the change via cross functional process flows
- Ensure processes are efficient and fit for purpose
- Working in conjunction with the wide business the document business requirements for their systems
- Supporting the PM in establishing timescales, costs and resources needed
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure they are away of process and system benefits and impacts
You will have:

- Experience as a business analyst with a background in finance projects from inception to completion
- The ability to work well in a team, act as a role model and set high standards of quality
- Communication effectively with the team, stakeholders, and the wider business
- Experience within professional service (ideally not necessity)
- Ideally experience as a Finance Systems Analyst and a qualification in process improvement (Lean Six Sigma)
