We are currently recruiting Customer Service colleagues working a 12 month fixed term contract 28 hours per week with a starting package of **£24,468 pro rata **this is made up of a base salary of **£22,400 pro rata **along with an additional **£500 **flexible benefit and up to a **£1,568 **discretionary performance related bonus.

- Acting as the first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone

**What you’ll bring**
- Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service either from a face to face or a telephony background
- The ability to communicate effectively with customers to truly understand their needs
- You will require the right to work in the UK (please see details below)

**What else you need to know**

In a part time Branch based role, you’ll be working 28 hours across Monday to Saturday across the hours of 8:00am - 6:00pm.

This is a 12 month fixed term contract

The role is based in our Haverfordwest branch.
