A BRAND-NEW opportunity for a **Head of Marketing & Communications** to a Global IT organisation.

As the **Head of Marketing & Communicationsyou will** develop, implement and lead on the marketing, communications, and digital strategy in UK, with the goal being to engage a wide range of audiences regionally, nationally and internationally. Working with co-workers and senior stakeholders from across the company,you will be responsible for building, leading and growing a purpose fitting marketing and communications department.

**Responsibilities of the Marketing Director**
- Developing, planning, and implementing marketing and communications strategies across all marketing channels, to support growth strategy
- Planning, managing and monitoring the marketing budget
- Line management and development of the staff
- Developing new and innovative ways of marketing in the technology sector
- Working closely with our partners to secure inbound marketing investment.
- Drive profitable, incremental revenue through strategic tool and campaign development.
- Work closely with the other internal departments, to ensure a joined-up approach to marketing activity
- To lead in the development and implementation of our digital marketing strategy
- Work closely with IT services on the development and maintenance of our website, ensuring a consistent corporate approach
- Responsibility for managing the production all external publications, ensuring editorial accuracy and quality across all print material.
- Oversee the development the relationships with external agencies that provide marketing, event management communications services
- Lead on the development and realisation of integrated advertising and marketing campaigns

**Requirements**:

- Experience with collaborative vendor partnerships including the management of co-op programs.
- Experience of leading and implementing marketing and communication strategies
- Planning, organisation, reporting and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
