**About Us**:
We are a fast-growing ecommerce business specialising in crafts, party ware, personalisation and retail. We are seeking a dynamic and creative Ecommerce & Content Creator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for digital marketing, e-commerce, and content creation who can help take our online presence and sales to the next level.
As part of our team, you’ll play a key role in developing, implementing, and managing strategies to boost brand awareness, engage customers, and drive sales across multiple online platforms.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Ecommerce Management**:
- Product Listings & Optimization: Create, update, and optimize product listings across various online platforms including Shopify, Amazon, eBay, or other online marketplaces, ensuring they are accurate, detailed, and optimized for SEO.
- Inventory & Order Management: Monitor inventory levels, update product availability, and ensure smooth order processing and fulfilment in coordination with the operations team.
- Sales Analysis & Reporting: Analyse sales data, customer behavior, and website performance to identify trends, track KPIs, and recommend improvements to increase conversion rates and sales volume.
- Customer Engagement & Retention: Implement strategies to improve customer experience and spend such as product recommendations.
- Support maintenance of website content, including updating homepage imagery and collections according to season and product performance across all sites.
- Knowledge of Orderwise or a similar Warehouse Management System is a bonus but not essential.
**Content Creation & Strategy**:
- Multimedia Content: Create engaging video content (e.g., product demonstrations, unboxings, tutorials, behind-the-scenes) for use on the website, social media, and YouTube.
**SEO & Digital Marketing**:
- SEO Optimization: Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and product visibility across search engines.
- Content Calendar: Develop a content calendar to ensure regular content publication, seasonal promotions, and product launches are aligned with the business strategy.
**Collaboration & Coordination**:
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure consistent messaging and seamless customer experience across all online channels.
- Brand Strategy: Contribute to the development of the overall brand strategy and positioning to ensure cohesive storytelling and a consistent customer experience across all touchpoints.
**Qualifications**:
- Experience: Proven experience in ecommerce, content creation, or digital marketing, ideally in a wholesale, retail, or B2B environment.
**Skills**:
- Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms
- Experience with SEO best practices and tools
- Proficient in content creation tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.), photo/video editing, and social media platforms.
- Communication: Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
- Creative & Analytical: Ability to think creatively while also analysing data to make informed decisions.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, especially when managing multiple projects.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage time effectively.
Pay: £24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
