Our client based in Christchurch are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist/Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis. This is an office based role.

**Description**

As the Accounts Payable Specialist/Purchase Ledger Clerk your key responsibilities will be:

- Manage Purchase Ledger
- Complete preparation of payment runs
- Deal with supplier queries
- Reconcile to supplier statement regularly
- Complete bank rec keying on a weekly basis
- Process payments and update payment spreadsheet
- Keep petty cash records and reconcile monthly
- Ad-hoc duties

**Profile**

To be successful for the Accounts Payable Specialist/Purchase Ledger Clerk position you will:

- Have previous experience working in a high-volume purchase ledger team
