Our mission relies on a team full of inspiring people, and we’re looking for a new team of Civils Operatives to join our new internal Build Team. This role will provide civils-based activities to build and maintain Fibre to the premises and Fixed wireless access networks. You could be working on duct blockage repair, chamber building, duct/tube laying and cabinet base installations.

- Delivering tasks outlined in a design work pack, or by way of instruction to perform civils-based tasks from ducting to blockage clearance and repair _
- Effectively interpret utility service prints_
- Report daily workload to Manager, supervisor and coordination team. Highlighting any challenges and suggesting potential solutions _
- Have a safety focused attitude to completing work_
- Contribute to teams performance and challenge improvements at every opportunity _
- Focus on quality and delivering industry leading standards_

- For this role, experience in civils based work is essential, this could be across multiple utilities, however telecommunication experience is desirable._

- O1 - Signing, lighting and guarding KEY CERTIFICATE_
- O2 - Excavation in the highway_
- EUSR or equivalent _
- CPCS A58_
- Desirable qualifications_
- SA006 - Safe Working in Civils_
- Q013 (BB1M) - Box Building (Modular)_
- Q019 (CD1) - Core Drilling_
- Q020 (DB1) - Duct Blockages_
- O3 - Reinstatement and compaction of backfill materials_
- O4 - Reinstatement of sub-base and base in non-bituminous materials_
- O5 - Reinstatement in cold lay bituminous materials_
- O6 - Reinstatement in hot-lay bituminous materials_
- O7 - Reinstatement of concrete slabs_
- O8 - Reinstatement of modular surfaces, concrete footways_
- S1 - Monitoring signing, lighting and guarding _
- S2 - Monitoring excavation in the highway_
