Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding learning opportunities and exceptional care
- Be an effective key person
- Work as a team to support the daily operations, including regularly reflecting on children’s development through observations and professional conversations
- Great Knowledge of EYFS
- Be an ambassador for the Nursery, providing regular feedback to inform the revenue plan
- Plan and provide effective teaching and learning
- The preparation and completion of activities to suit each individual child's stage of development
- Effectively engage with Famly for capturing the progress and day of your key children
- Safeguard and promote the health, safety and welfare of children
- Engage in leadership activity and development to enhance confidence and capabilities
- To work effectively within up to date policies and procedures and ensure high standards are maintained in line with company values
- Communicate with colleagues, parents/carers to meet the individual needs of the children
