**Junior Client Accounts Assistant**

**Based in Earlsfield - SW18**

**Salary 24k - 26k**

**Mon to Fri 9 am to 6 pm**

Due to continuous and considerable growth of the business our Client require a Junior Client Accounts Assistant to to join the business and support the Senior Client Accountant on a daily basis as well as the Finance Associate Director when required.

The role forms a vital part of the team, working closely with the Property Services and Lettings teams and requires client correspondence in all areas, you will need to ensure that company policies and procedures are consistently applied to the required standards, delivering on time and with a high degree of accuracy whilst supporting the company’s vison and values.

**The core responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- First point of contact for all internal and external queries
- Logging contractor invoices, updating contractors on invoices paid and due, liaising with Property Services Department in relation to invoice queries.
- Creating contractor statements of account to send each month to the contractors with invoice updates.
- Assisting with chasing tenants who are late with rent payments and updating landlords in line with the company’s policy.
- Understand general accounts ledgers to be able to explain to tenants, landlords and contractors regarding the position on their account.
- Dealing with queries from branches.
- Assisting with chasing up landlords who owe fees.
- Periodic reporting to the Line Manager
- Manage and maintain the property and tenant database.
- General procedures that relate to accounts function

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Excellent eye and attention to detail and accuracy.
- Analytical and confident with data analysis and numbers
- Good working knowledge of Excel
- Problem solver with the ability to take ownership and resolve issues both internally and externally.
- Possess strong communication skills.
- A desire to grow a career in client accounting in the property sector
- Strong team player

**Salary**:
**£24,000 to £26,000 - Depending on experience.**

**Hours**:
**Monday to Friday 9am-6pm**

**Based in Earlsfield**
