An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Analyst to join a digital, award-winning company.

This role offers remote working with very occasional travel into the Marlborough office.

This is a newly created position and an opportunity to build and shape your function. With a growing team at a critical stage of development, they need your expertise in evaluating the business needs and assessing how technology will help achieve their goals.

Taking the lead on projects you’ll help with managing customer access to their content and usage data.

You’ll come from a technical background and be comfortable with Agile and DevOps practices.

Key Requirements:

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large amounts of information
- Comfortable working in an Agile delivery environment
- Experience gathering requirements, defining problems, assessing impact, modelling processes and dependencies, and evaluating success
- Excellent time-management skills
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to build lasting relationships and explore business needs in a friendly and engaging way
