Cleaner Interviewer

Successful applicants will interview local cleaning staff in the cleaners’ homes and send completed agency paperwork to Maid2Clean prior to them being allocated with domestic cleaning clients.
The role will involve:
1. Arrangement of interviews
2. Completing and verifying registration form at cleaners’ premises
3. Going through interview checklist/cleaner handbook with cleaner
4. Taking photo of 2 proofs of address document and picture ID
5. Taking photo of cleaner
6. Getting cleaner terms of engagement signed and registration form
7. Uploading photos taken
8. Uploading the registration form and cleaner terms of engagement
9. Uploading the proofs of address
The role also involves posting of recruitment postcards in various locations within an agreed area. The cost of placing recruitment postcards can be added to each month’s invoice by separate agreement.
Successful applicants must have a car, be very smart, articulate & presentable and have good written & verbal communication skills. Applicants must have a computer, scanner, printer and digital camera. Each completed interview should take 60 minutes (30 minutes interview plus 10 minutes travel time each way with 10 minutes computer admin) totalling 1 hour. Rate of pay £15.00 per interview Most interviews will be within a 10 mile radius of your home. If outside of this radius petrol allowance will be paid at 42ppm.
Applicants should live within Ipswich.
