NonStop Care is currently working with a well-established local authority who are looking for an Experienced Team Manager to their CAST Team(Children And Safeguarding Team).

You will be joining a Local Authority with a Good Ofsted rating, meaning that you will be joining a successful, experienced and committed team that you will support and supervise with stable management to assist, allowing you to continue to **develop and improve your career while staying motivated** and keep up with the standards of the authority.

To compensate Social Workers who are staying away for the week, they are prepared to pay a sizeable accommodation allowance which will **cover your entire accommodation** cost while there.

**Responsibilities**:
Supervising social workers and support workers, screening and decision-making on referrals, and providing advice/consultation to professionals

Working with dedicated Team Managers and Service Managers to deliver the highest service to children and families.

Ensure that the voice of users (children and young people, parents, carers) is actively sought and used in the development of policies, practice, and services to develop improved outcomes
