Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping of products
- Train and mentor warehouse associates on proper materials handling techniques
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse processes and improve efficiency
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment
- Utilize warehouse management system (WMS) to track inventory, generate reports, and streamline operations
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and conveyor systems
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to shipments, inventory, or warehouse operations
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all warehouse activities

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including shipping/receiving, inventory management, and materials handling
- Proficient in using AS400 or other warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Valid forklift certification with demonstrated experience operating forklifts safely
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues is preferred
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and guide a team

Italian Language Desired.

Pay: £24,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
