Here at Peabody, we have 2 opportunities for a Homeownership Approvals Specialist on a Temporary basis at our Houghton Hall office.

**A bit about the role**:
As a Homeownership Approvals Specialist, some of the key results for the role include:

**You will be**:

- Able to demonstrate a strong commitment to the principles of equality, diversity and inclusion.
- Able to demonstrate understanding of the regulatory environment relating to the redemption of equity loans, and an understanding of lease terms giving rise to approvals.

**This is a 12 month fixed term contract.**
