_**Sales & Marketing Executive Position**:_

NWT Direct are an established and successful Designer Heating & Bathroom Distributor based in Conwy, North Wales.

We supply direct to the end user and trade customers alike through multiple ecommerce sales platforms as well as in person via our showroom.

The Sales & Marketing Executive position will work within a small team carrying out the day to day running of the business as well as being involved with larger business development projects.

**Typical work activities**

There are two main areas of work:
Sales:

- Sales order processing.
- Handling customer enquiries.
- Answering phone calls.
- Offering in person showroom advice.
- Liasing with trade customers.

Marketing:

- Multiple platform development - Image creation and content management (Websites, eBay, Amazon)
- Social media management (Facebook, X, Instagram, Tiktok, Pinterest)
- Market research
- Advertising campaigns for new and existing products.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong communication skills (in person and over the phone).
- Well organised & good time management to balance multiple on-going tasks.
- Good attitude, flexible & team player.
- Have a good knowledge of the Microsoft package (Word, Excel)
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop

Any experience in our main order management software “Linnworks”, would beneficial but not a necessity as training is provided.

Any previous plumbing experience may be advantageous but is not required.

Pay: £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
