Fintelligent is recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join an award-winning financial organisation based in Warrington. You will receive a salary of £22,000 with an OTE of up to £28,000 and salary reviews after 12 months.

As a Customer Service Advisor you will be dealing with inbound warm leads from partners and making outbound calls to discuss customers' needs and to find the best product for them.

Some of the duties you will see within the role:

- Dealing with inbound and outbound calls
- Completing expenditure forms with customers
- Ensuring that you have all the correct documents for the customer
- Building rapport on every call

We want to hear from you if you have Customer Service or Sales Experience - this could be gained from a phone-based role, retail or hospitality. You must be confident working in a target-driven environment. Ideally, you will have a car due to the officelocation, (however, a free shuttle bus is available from the local train station).
