Engineering Supervisor

**Join us on the Journey...** We have an exciting opportunity for an **Engineering Supervisor** based at **Wandsworth. **In this role, you will proactively keep the fleet of vehicles maintained to NX standard, organise staff and keep thegarage legal with health and safety being a key part of the role.

**What you'll do...**
- Maintain vehicles to comply with National Express standards and ensure that all records are maintained correctly
- Organise fuelling, cleaning for all the fleet daily
- Relationships/Meetings with Key stakeholders
- All necessary checking, testing, MOT, Loler, and tax are all kept upto date
- Carry out necessary repairs on the infrastructure
- Plan and supervise daily activities of the team
- Maintain the highest possible standards regarding health and safety and fire safety

**What you'll need...**
- Must hold a valid PCV Licence with no more than 3 penalty points
- Must hold IRTEC qualification or be willing to undertake the tests
- Previous and proven coach engineering experience would be beneficial
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Excellent people and communication skills.
- Experience within the bus/coach industry desirable but not essential
- Good communication skills
