A chartered Firm of accountants in Morley are looking for a **Payroller/bookkeeper** to join their team.
Experience in payroll is essential, experience from industry or practice will be considered
Main duties:
- Assisting and submitting payroll using sage payroll
- Bookkeeping on behalf of multiple clients to include sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies.
- Preparation of management information and reports.
- VAT preparation and submission.
- Use of Sage, Xero, QuickBooks and other accounting software.
- Full end to end payroll weekly/monthly payrolls on behalf of clients
- PAYE, P46/P45/P60's processing, dealing with payroll and client queries
- Issuing payslips and sending out of payroll correspondence
- Liaison with HMRC regarding queries, updating and processing BACS payments
- Dealing with SMP/SSP/SPP/ and auto enrolment pension contributions
This role is open to be 30 hours a week up to full time and is full office based.
**Salary: £20,000 - £30,000**
