**Location**: Oldham, Lancashire

**Salary**: £11 per hour

Our client provides Interior Design services to private clients, property developers and businesses around the UK and occasionally abroad.

They are looking for a Housekeeper to undertake housekeeping duties at two of their properties.

**The Role**

The first property is a Saddleworth based home, which is also used as an office where work includes meetings with clients. Therefore, all areas must be kept clean and tidy at all times. The floors will need vacuuming and mopping multiple times per week inthe main traffic areas.

The second property is a luxury 3-bedroom house in the Saddleworth area. You will be required to clean the property inside and out during change over days. Changeover days are usually a Monday and or Friday, but other days may be required dependant on bookings.

The company are looking for someone who will look after these two properties with great pride and care with a good eye for detail. Someone who can work on their own initiative and go above and beyond to ensure all requirements are met and more.

**Role Requirements**

You must be able to work between the hours of 9am-5pm on weekdays. The days may be interchangeable on some weeks and be able to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the business.

Some weekends may be required depending on bookings; however, this is not every week and would only be 4-5 hours on either a Saturday or Sunday. In the past year this has only happened around 5 times.

In addition to this, as an interior design business, the company often have other properties that need cleaning during renovation and at the end of the renovation, which will account for the extra hours they have mentioned. Locations of these propertiesare usually within 5 miles but could be further away. The properties can be away from public transport and the company take their own cleaning equipment; therefore, a car is required.
