They are currently recruiting for a qualified (ACA or ACCA) accountant with a practice background, and preferably previous managerial experience to join their team as the Manager of the Audit Department.
In this role, you will manage a portfolio of audit clients alongside the preparation of accounts and corporation tax computations/returns for limited companies. Ad hoc duties will arise in supporting the local partners as necessary. The main purpose of therole is to ensure compliance with GAPP and practical guidance is provided on regulatory matters such as tax and VAT regulations, requirements of UK law and the principles of good governance.
This is an exciting opportunity for an Audit Senior or Assistant Manager to take the next step in their career development and join a growing audit department. The role will expose the post holder to a varied and interesting portfolio of clients, giving significantclient exposure and opportunities to develop and grow their career under the guidance of experienced colleagues.
