**About the Role**
As a Production Operative, you will play a vital role in our production process. You will be responsible for operating machinery, maintaining a clean and safe workspace, and ensuring high-quality standards throughout the production line. Your dedication to health and safety, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines will be crucial in this role.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Adhere to health and safety standards and Safe Systems of Work.
- Operate and maintain machinery and production line equipment.
- Package and finalise products for shipment.
- Report any production issues to the Team Leader on duty.
- Monitor and ensure product quality, removing and reporting faulty items.
- Meet production targets and follow specified guidelines.
- Keep workstations and production areas clean.
- Continuously seek improvements in processes and productivity.
**What We’re Looking For**
**Essential Skills & Experience**:
- Previous experience in manufacturing and machine operation.
- Strong ability to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
- Basic mathematical skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Punctuality and a professional approach to work.
- Clear communication and the ability to collaborate respectfully with colleagues.
