**Key Responsibilities**:

- Tracking daily assignments, deliverables, deadlines
- Copy writing for promotional campaigns
- Supporting the development of partnerships with editorial partners and creators
- Research and preparation for interviews and content features
- Assembling and building CRM campaigns
- Managing audience segmentation and targeting
- Contributing to and maintaining ongoing editorial calendar updates
- Managing design and data requests
- Overall support for the Consumer Programming Team
- Manage timelines for all features
- Liaising with social and marketing counterparts
- Compiling campaign wrap reports for partners and internal stakeholders
- Track data and performance of content campaigns
- Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Have excellent communication skills
- Demonstrate a commitment to diversity and inclusion in music
- Timely event coverage and recaps (i.e. events/award shows or timely events)

**Background & Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 1 year of experience in the music industry, editorial, media or tech
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
