Immediate start role working within a Prison in Northumberland. Full time hours 37.5p/w and assignment length up to 3 months. Hours will either be 08.00-16.00 or 08.30-16.30 or 09.00-17.00, with 30 minutes unpaid break. Salary will be Agenda for Change B2£18,546 - £19,918 depending on experience.

**Description**

Duties will include:

- Answering Telephone
- Action System 1 tasks
- Make healthcare appointments
- Liaise with hospitals and other community teams
- Action post accordingly
- Create and monitor appointment rotas
- Scanning
- Support Primary Care Team
- Support Clinical DART Team
- Support Non Clinical DART - using Illey
- Support Dental Team
- Support Mental Health Team
- Action new referrals
- Create daily call up list for prison use

**Profile**
- SystmOne experience essential
- Must be prison cleared and working Inside IR35
- Administration or reception experience is essential
