None of this would be possible without our Talent Acquisition Team. We recruit more than 700 Consultants per year in UK, and we have plans to grow our annual hires to around 1,500 in 3-4 years’ time. To keep our Consultant journey at its best, we also needto ensure we hire the best talent into our HQ, whether that’s in Training, Consultant Success or our Client teams or HR, Finance and IT - the TA team oversees it all.

**What will you do?**
- Lead a team of 15 across HQ, UK Consultant and Kubrick Advanced hiring
- Partner with business leaders to build hiring strategies (HQ, Consultant and KA) and implement and deliveron that strategy with the TA Managers
- Implement recruitment process changes and oversee the change process with the team and stakeholders
- Responsible for insights and reports on our hiring process, competitors, and the talent landscape, influencing hiring plans with meaningful data and research
- Provide mentorship, guidance and career development to the Talent Acquisition team
- Collaborate with US TA team on global projects including tools, technologies, policies and processes
- Represent Kubrick externally when required by the Brand and Attraction team, to help build our brand and create pathways of opportunity into the company (universities, partnerships, career events etc.)
- Responsible for the applicant tracking system and management reporting leading to successful tracking and analytics of the hiring function
- Identify and share trends and adjust the recruiting strategies to optimise the hiring team and ensure key hiring targets are met.
- Work with HR to approve recruitment requests and offers, ensuring process compliance and alignment to salary bands
- Ownership of strategic partner relationships and agency PSL

**What will you need?**
- Extensive experience within recruitment having worked at a senior level leading large teams and driving recruitment strategy
- Proven track record defining and executing a great hiring plan
- Must have experience of high volume recruitment or early careers recruitment
- Experience working with and influencing a variety of senior stakeholders; collaboration is a must
- Project management experience, specifically within rolling out new selection processes and assessment platforms on a large scale
- Understanding of HR and employment law (CIPD qualification not essential but ideal)
- Ability to turn ambiguity into a clear vision for the team, and enabling them to adapt to changing circumstances
- Open and honest communication style and able to communicate effectively across all levels of the business
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced or high-growth environment where change is necessary

**Job Type**: 12-14 month FTC - hybrid working with 1-2 days in our London office. We are open to discussing flexible working arrangements, but the nature of this role would require a 4 day working week minimum.
