**Role Profile**

Our client is an established yet growing business based in Salford and you will join an experienced partner service team whose mission is to provide best-in-class service a dedicated international team.

The role is office based, and hours of work are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm, with the option of working up to 2 days per week from home after completion of probation.

**What will the role involve?**
- Account management of international internal customers, collaborating with other business functions to increase revenue and profit
- Management of contract pricing, account revenue and profitability
- Processing customer orders, responding to requests for information, product sourcing and dealing with any delivery discrepancies
- Collation of market data and product demand as requested by customer
- Coordinate shipments alongside logistics team on behalf of customers, ensuring efficient and accurate delivery
- Co-ordination of purchasing and inventory planning undertaken via the central Procurement team

**What are we looking for?**
- Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
- Ability to demonstrate resilience and working at pace with strict deadlines
- Background working within B2B environment in a customer facing role
- Strong administration skills, computer literate and confirmable using CRM's
- Previous account management experience would be advantageous
