**Job Title**: Room Attendant
**Location**: Bristol
**Salary**: £11.45 per hour
**Contract Type**: Permanent
**Hours**: 25 hours per week
**Working Pattern**:Monday - Friday, 09.30am - 14.30pm

*In September you must be available to work 6 days a week from 9.00am - 17.00pm, including the weekends as this is our known busy period*

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Cleaning our student’s rooms including bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchens.
- Supporting our team by cleaning communal areas.
- Delivering exceptional customer service to our students.
- Maintaining student welfare.
- Reporting on daily and weekly tasks.
- Troubleshooting problems and emergency situations as they arise.
- Any other reasonable request asked of you by your manager.

**WHAT YOU’LL NEED**:

- At least 1 year experience in a Housekeeper/Room Attendant role.
- A real passion for housekeeping and a fine eye for detail.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong organisational and clear communication skills.
- Fluent in another language (not essential, but would be an advantage).
- An impeccable presentation.
- An outstanding can-do attitude and the desire to work as a member of a team.
