**Position**:Challenging behaviour and Complex Care Coordinator**
**Salary**: £28,000 to £30,000 per annum + Mileage Reimbursement at £0.25 per mile

**Job Summary**

As a Challenging behaviour and Complex Care Coordinator, you will:

- **Support and Manage**: Lead our Peripatetic Care Assistants, ensuring their effectiveness in delivering care.
- **Collaborate**: Work closely with our Care Managers to manage care packages and uphold the highest standards.
- **Ensure Safety**: Support our clinical team in maintaining staff training and competencies to ensure client safety.
- **Travel**: Being prepared to travel to client homes to cover shifts when necessary.
- **On call**: be part of the on call on a rota basis

**About You**

You will be a care coordinator, that thrives on problem-solving and enjoy being part of a fast-paced team, while maintaining a methodical attention to detail. This role requires you to be flexible and adaptable, able to amend plans at short notice.

**Your Requirements**
- **Experience**: A background in care, specifically working with individuals with challenging behaviours (e.g., Autism) and complex needs
- **Skills**: Proficiency in rota planning, effective communication, and the ability to multitask
- **Qualifications**: Hold at least NVQ Level 3 in care with a willingness to complete a management and leadership course.
- **Attributes**: Enthusiastic, caring, kind, dynamic, and driven to deliver the best quality service.
