**Your role**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Workforce Transformation to lead our organisation's efforts in optimising our People Team, Flutter UKI operating model and workforce planning.

The role will act as a strategic partner for the People Team, being responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive workforce plans aligned with our business objectives, ensuring that we have the right talent, in the right place, at the right time. Entrusted with guiding and supporting the Chief People Officer in making informed decisions that shape Flutter UKI’s future.

The role will own the design, delivery, and continuous enhancement of our People operating model, fostering agility and resilience while enhancing the employee experience. Together, the Head of Workforce Transformation and the Head of CPO office will collaborate to create an environment where innovation thrives, and top talent flourishes.

**What you’ll do**:

- Act as a trusted advisor to the Chief People Officer, providing strategic counsel and insights to inform decision-making.
- Support and enable the implementation of the People operating model through, ensuring agreed effectiveness and cost outcomes are achieved as the function transforms and scales.
- Own headcount forecasting, ensuring the People function can scale and grow, optimising resources and maximising impact.
- Collaborate closely with finance partners to ensure a consistent view and story across both functions.
- Work with Group and the broader Flutter business to Influence the development of the future of work strategy. Ensuring it anticipates and adapts to emerging trends, technologies, and workforce preferences.
- Utilise data analytics and workforce metrics to forecast future talent needs, skill gaps, and succession planning requirements.
- Accountable for overall people risk management, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies to protect the organisation and its employees.

**How you’ll do it**:

- Demonstrated experience in leading operating model design and workforce planning initiatives.
- A strategic thinker with exceptional written, communication, and presentation skills, adept at translating implications for both the People team and business, and possessing strong analytical abilities to gather, analyse, and interpret workforce data for informed decision-making and strategic planning.
- Understanding of agile delivery best practice as well as other operating methodologies.
- Previous experience in roles involving strategic planning, talent management, and workforce analytics is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency in workforce planning tools, HRIS systems, and data analytics software is highly desirable.
