**Job Purpose**:

- Strategic Growth: To drive and oversee the company’s growth and presence in the Azure and AWS marketplaces, positioning our offerings to maximise market reach and revenue potential.
- Marketplace Leadership: To lead the strategic direction and operational management of our digital marketplace initiatives, ensuring competitive positioning and visibility on Azure and AWS platforms.
- Revenue Optimisation: To optimise product listings and promotional strategies in Azure and AWS marketplaces, aiming to enhance sales performance and achieve financial targets.
- Cross-Functional Integration: To facilitate effective collaboration between sales, marketing, product, and technical teams, ensuring cohesive and integrated marketplace strategies.
- Vendor Partnerships: To establish and nurture strategic relationships with Microsoft and Amazon Web Services, leveraging their resources and programs to our advantage.
- Customer Experience: To enhance the customer journey and experience within the marketplaces, focusing on engagement, satisfaction, and retention through effective management and support.
- Innovation and Trends: To stay ahead of industry trends and innovations in digital marketplaces, identifying new opportunities and implementing best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- Performance Analytics: To utilise data-driven insights and analytics to inform decision-making, track performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement in marketplace activities.
- Compliance and Quality: To ensure all marketplace operations adhere to regulatory standards and industry best practices, maintaining the highest levels of quality and compliance.
- Organisational Support: To provide training and support to internal teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence in marketplace management.

**The main responsibilities are**:

- Portal Management: Oversee the management and optimisation of the company’s product listings and presence on Azure and AWS marketplaces, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and competitiveness.
- Marketplace Procurement: Own and manage the end-to-end marketplace procurement process, from initial product listing and pricing to order fulfilment and post-purchase support.
- Stakeholder Education: Develop and implement educational programs for internal teams and external partners on the functionalities, benefits, and best practices of utilizing Azure and AWS marketplaces.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with sales, marketing, product, and technical teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of marketplace strategies with broader business objectives.
- Performance Monitoring: Regularly analyse and report on marketplace performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimise listings and promotional strategies.
- Vendor Relations: Maintain strong relationships with key contacts at Microsoft and Amazon Web Services, leveraging their resources, tools, and promotional opportunities to enhance our marketplace presence.
- Customer Support: Work closely with customer operations teams to address and resolve any issues related to marketplace transactions, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Compliance Management: Ensure all marketplace activities comply with relevant regulations and industry standards, maintaining the integrity and quality of our marketplace operations.
- Innovation and Trends: Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in digital marketplaces and cloud computing, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance our marketplace strategies.
- Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and support to internal teams on marketplace tools, processes, and best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of long-term marketplace strategies, aligning them with the company’s overall business goals and objectives.
- Content Management: Oversee the creation and maintenance of high-quality content for marketplace listings, including product descriptions, images, and promotional materials.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve any issues or challenges related to marketplace operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
