**Job Summary**

Responsible for the processing of capital and consumable stock to ensure the smooth running of the HDL department and to meet the demand of the customers.

To achieve customer satisfaction and long-term account goals in line with company vision and values.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Process orders and documents required to ship orders to fulfil daily and weekly requirements.
- Actively, clearly, and timely communicate events associated with activities to various community members.
- Accurately receipt all company stock, Hire and Demo kits and accessories, paying particular attention to:

- Contents, Serial/Lot Numbers, Expiry dates, Customer paperwork and Worn/damaged items
- Generate accurate details of used consumables for invoicing.
- Conduct regular stock takes and audits of stock, ensuring product quality, maintain accurate stock levels and ordering safety stock when required.
- Drive continuous improvement in our organisation’s stock process, creating accurate work instructions where required and Identifying areas of improvement to increase workflow
- Use packing lists to accurately pick and ship customer orders and sales samples.
- Use shipping portals to ship domestic and international shipments.
- Provide KPI reports relating to stock and shipping workflow to managers when required.
- Maintain a level of good housekeeping within the work areas in relation to 5S guidelines
- Monitor stock levels of standard packaging materials
- May be called upon to show flexibility in other roles beyond the remit of the administrative function.
- Manage and organise work area to enable others to locate work when absent. Filing should be addressed daily and weekly.
- Assemble facts, figures, logs and reports as designated by management.
- Engage with team members and other staff to problem solve and be proactive with solutions.
- Take initiative to recommend new ideas, improvements in operation and suggestions to create an environment dedicated to continuous improvement.
- Learn basics of products and function to assist customers on their needs and pose service ideas.
- Keep Account Managers apprised of their customers’ requests and actively call on them for support and suggestions. Utilise management, peers and other inside personnel in Account Managers’ absence.
- Be flexible to cover other divisional areas of administration in times of member absence or work overload if requested by management.
- Be involved in activities that ensure the smooth running of the department.

- Customer Service or business related NVQ or similar
- A full, valid UK driving licence

- Ability to create, compose and edit written materials.
- Learn and master IT associated with company systems relating to company goods in and stock control process.
- Attention to detail is an essential requirement.
- Organise time management to maximize productivity recognizing priorities and timelines.
- Be team oriented, courteous and respectful to peers and both inside and outside personnel. Ultimately committed to the community associated with the corporation’s products to get the job done right and with high customer satisfaction
