We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an Site Admin to join their Team in Harrow.

Contract type: Permanent
Job Location: Flexible to work from home / or from the office
Working hours: 8am - 4:30pm
Interview Process: Initial teams meeting, then face to face interview

Duties include:

- Order materials and raise POs (Purchase numbers) as and when required
- Complete and send weekly timesheets / invoices
- Produce PowerPoint presentations as and when necessary
- Produce report packs as and when necessary
- Arrange meetings and seminars, ensuring as appropriate that participants have all relevant papers in advance
- Take minutes at meetings when required, transcribe, and distribute accordingly

**Salary**:
£25.000 per year
