**Reservationist / Administrator - TLH Leisure Resort**

We have a vacancy for a Reservationist within our private reservations department. The role combines administration and in-bound telephone reservations. This is a back of house office based role rather than a front desk customer facing role.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- To ensure that all reservations are recorded following established procedures with full and clear information and that they are input accurately and promptly onto the system.
- To maximize revenue by converting enquiries, recognising business prospects and taking every opportunity to upsell, including promoting premium bookings and re-books
- To liaise with hotel Receptions to ensure the best service is provided to our customers.
- To ensure that all your work meets company standards and is according to training given;
- To undertake general administration duties and day to day duties of the department
- To attend training sessions, and team meetings as required and to be involved and contribute to these.
- Knowledge of hospitality and catering industry an advantage, or knowledge of call centre or office customer contact role but neither are essential. Your attitude and personality will be more important.

**Hours and Rate of pay**:
£9.50 p/h Full time 40 hours over 5 days, you must be available to work a mix of days and shifts. The reservations office opening hours are 8.30am - 6.00pm.
