We are delighted to have opened Heatherton House care home last year and would like to invite you to come along for the exciting journey Heatherton House is based in Derby, and we are ready to start building our elite team.

We will ensure that every team member is offered the opportunity to develop their skills and to progress if desired. We believe that caring, compassionate people can find a rewarding career in helping others and that it is our duty to help and encourage them to do so.

You will ensure all resident activity is recorded effectively (training will be provided) and any concerns are highlighted in a timely manner.

You will quickly become part of the care home family and let’s be honest, our team members are what makes our home a great place to live and work

We are looking for individuals who have a passion for care (first and foremost) and those who are keen to be the best in the sector. You will work as part of a dynamic care team, ensuring the home adheres to the necessary requirements and procedures at all times.

**Hours of work**:
7am-2.30pm (early shift), you will be expected to work on a permanent rolling rota of three shifts on, three shifts off which equates to an average of 26.25 hours per week in total.
