Their technology is currently used in over 40 countries globally and they are leading the way in fraud prevention and Telecom messaging security.

Reporting to the CEO you will lead the organisation through the cultural change required to ensure they deliver best in class Sales and Marketing by creating alignment between all teams that affect revenue generation to ensure effectiveness to maximise profitability.

Key Deliverables
- A best in class Sales and Marketing culture that creates strategic partnerships with their most valued customers.
- Integrated Lead to Cash Processes across Sales, Marketing and Operations with best in class Structures, Processes and People fit to deliver growth to €50M revenues in 2026.
- A rigorous and systematic enduring programme of sales and marketing coaching and training with objective measures tracking continual improvement in all staff.
- Consistent quarter after quarter accurate sales and marketing function forecasting, pipeline and orders from existing and new customers for existing and new products and services

Key Qualities

A natural inspirational leader with a passion for building high performing teams, you will be visionary, intuitive, data driven and agile. Your experience will have likely been gained as an EMEA VP (or Sales / Mktg VP) with regional / country responsibility working in a global structure and overseeing the sales activity of revenue €30m to €100M in a similar sector.

As a full remote role you can be located anywhere in Europe or Eastern USA.

**Salary**: £120,000.00-£200,000.00 per year
