We are working with a leading Norwich organisation in the appointment of a Recruitment Advisor to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis.
Key areas will include:

- Work closely with managers to understand their recruitment needs
- Provide advice on selection criteria, jobs adverts and interview processes and support the full recruitment process
- Manage the sourcing of suitable applicants and create at talent pipeline

You will have previous experience ideally gained within a busy HR team within a busy office environment whilst also demonstrating;
- Excellent knowledge of HR processes and best practice
- Comfortable engaging and communicating with people at all levels across the business
- Able to work on your own initiative in a deadline driven environment
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite and other HR related systems
- CIPD Level 3, ideally working towards or willing to work towards level 5 certification would be advantageous
