**Role overview**

Exhibition project manager who can deliver complex projects from start to finish working with a varied production team dealing with clients, stakeholders & suppliers. An individual with good technical knowledge and communication skills, who is organised,adaptable, creative and a good communicator.

**Responsibilities**:

- Project Manager on a wide range of live exhibition & events UK and abroad
- Work as part of the account and creative team with responsibility for full end to end delivery of complex exhibition and event projects
- On site management and liaison with suppliers, organisers, client
- Pre event supplier / organiser liaison
- Site services ordering, management
- Site visits
- Client & stakeholder liaison
- Project financial management and reporting

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Good all-rounder with strong project management skills
- Comfortable with travelling
- Knowledge of the Pharmaceutical industry advantageous
- Good communicator that can handle stressful and fast moving situations on site
- Problem solver
- Thorough knowledge of the exhibition industry and experience of delivering complex projects
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Proven experience of working on large-scale events
