Job Advert: Self Employed Semi-Skilled Labourer -MUST DRIVE

**About Us**: Axcia Projects Ltd is a Manchester based construction company committed to delivering high-quality projects while maintaining a safe and collaborative work environment. We are currently seeking a Skilled Labourer to join our dynamic team.

**Role Overview**: As a Skilled Labourer, you will play a vital role in supporting our skilled tradespeople and assisting with various tasks on-site. This position is ideal for individuals looking to develop their skills in a hands-on environment while contributing to exciting projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist skilled workers in various trades, including construction, plumbing, and electrical work.
- Operate and maintain basic hand tools and power tools safely.
- Perform manual labor tasks such as lifting, moving materials, and site cleanup.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to all safety regulations.
- Help set up and dismantle temporary structures and equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a labouring role is required
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and techniques.
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
- Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks.
- A valid CSCS card is required.
- Must have own transport

Must be CIS registered

**Job Type**: Temp to perm
Contract length: 1 week

Pay: £13.93-£14.73 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Construction: 6 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- CSCS (preferred)

Work Location: In person
