**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in creating a warm and welcoming environment for our guests.
- Provide table service.
- Ensure that all guests’ requests and queries are responded to promptly and effectively.
- Familiarise yourself with the menu and as much information about the food and beverage offered in order to answer any questions guests may have.
- Take food and beverage orders and ensure that orders are communicated to the kitchen and bar promptly and accurately, accounting for food allergies or intolerances.
- Ensure an efficient and safe delivery of all food and beverage orders.
- Excellent knowledge of food and drink pairings, particularly wine pairings.
- Ability to mix cocktails and create drinks to order.
- Have an outgoing and engaging personality.
- Excellent communication skills, confidence and an eye for detail are all key to being successful in this role.

Pay: £10.00-£12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 40 per week
