BI Analyst

You will be responsible for running all analysis to review the effectiveness of the commercial team, identifying improvements, and influencing senior stakeholders to make changes. A sharp intellect, confidence and excellent attention to detail are key, as wellas an analytical mind-set. The role.
- Setting targets and monitoring progress to ensure the sales team are seeing the right customers and the right number of times.
- Working very closely with senior leaders on all commercial projects.
- Analysing and updating how many people the business should have, where should they be deployed, and doing which roles.
- Providing Key Account Management processes and templates to ensure the company manage all key accounts effectively.
- Analysis of all tender wins, and accompanying sales progress.
- Ownership of the monthly KPI reporting.
- Creation of content for company reviews on a Monthly and Quarterly basis.
- Managing the CRM system and the input and accuracy of data.
- Partnering with stakeholders around the business to support their data needs
The person.
- Educated to degree level.
- Excellent IT skills - super user of Microsoft Office (especially **Excel** and PowerPoint).
- Excellent technical **Power BI** and **Alteryx skills**.
- Prior experience of **commercial strategy** and **business process** modelling.
- You will have strong analytical skills and will be able to think outside the box, finding new ways to interpret and analyse information.
- Prior experience working within **Healthcare** is highly desirable.
