**About the Role**:
**Team Member at M&S Simply Food Brighton Station**

**Rate of pay £10.80 per hour**

We have full time
**(37.5 hrs)** roles available at our M&S Brighton Station.
As Team Member you will be working:

- shifts begin at **6am**:

- shifts finish at **12am**

Due to required shift times, please ensure you have good transport connection prior to applying.

As a little incentive, you will earn **an extra £1.20 per hour** for hours worked between midnight and 6am, bringing your rate of pay to **£12.00 per hour**

**Responsibilities for Team Member**:

- Demonstrate knowledge of M&S products to advise customers in a professional and helpful manner
- Maintain all unit displays in accordance with M&S standards
- Consistently meet shift/daily average spend, waste and portion control targets
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and appearance in all work areas
- Stock movement, deliveries and replenish
- Date check and product rotation

**Requirements for Team Member**:

- Due to some responsibilities within this role, applicants will **need to be 18 years of age or over** to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts and also will **need to be able to serve and handle alcohol**
